Chowrasta & Mall Road
Chowrasta (also known as Mall Square) is the pedestrian-only historic heart of Darjeeling, located at an altitude of about 2,134 meters. The name “Chowrasta” literally means “where four roads meet”—making it the cultural and social hub of the hill town.
